Kurple smoothie (kale + berries)

Since I’m dealing with an illness (staph infection), I thought a boost of awesome was in order:

•about 5C kale
•about 1.5C wild blueberries (frozen)
•about 16, 1″ strawberries
•1.5C soya milk (normally I use almond milk for smoothies–or water!)

Obviously grate/purée/liquefy.

      Never. All ingredients are stated-this is so thick as I used FROZEN blueberries, if that’s why you’re wondering. That’s why I specified that…if you use frozen ingredients, it’s thicker immediately BUT as I make quadruple batches, they end up melting in the fridge…
