Red, white and blue Gelatin Mould

Two Vets at work wanted a little recognition, so I made each a jelly mould (from antique copper moulds, by the way, Mum’s Collection).

Jelly is easy to make. Setting, then pouring new layers is less easy. One mould popped right out, the other was stubborn, but it all got done in a little over 6 hours:)

Thanks! I was really worried about how they’d gelle or not one against the other cos you have to wait til one hardens, then you’re putting tepid gelatin on top, so there’s a risk of it un-gelling. It worked, though. Yay!

I like it when you talk to me
