St. Louis Gateway to the West Arch or its previous name: ‘The Jefferson National Expansion Memorial and Museum’

Like I said, The Arch.

Stand in queues.

See St. Louis from over 600ft above the ground. Feel the sway…

The Arch opened before I was born but many of my friends recall the placing of its keystone, linking both legs.

    • I apparently went up about that time but was too young to remember. My next foray was in grade 1 or so and I remember being scared but not letting on, ‘I’ve done this before.’

      HAR!

After that, it’s less impressive BUT I did like the museum under back in the 70s. Haven’t been in it since and I know it’s all new!
