Continuous improvements or what I’ve learnt from Lean Process

This is the cover of our class materials in LEAN manufacturing or ‘sack all middle management, then sack more until every person is doing three times what they should do, including experts in fields cleaning toilets cos — and let’s repeat this together —

YOU ARE NOT NECESSARY AND WE’D PREFER IT. IN FACT.

And they would.

There’s a good and a bad side to everything. LEAN isn’t evil but almost every owner/ manager who tries it doesn’t embrace the heart of it, which is that they are the least knowledgable in the room. Trust those who do the work.

They don’t get that. They get sack everybody and replace them til nobody dares improve. Read about it in MBA theses. They’re out there. If you just go to a LEAN seminar, it’s like Amway. If you attend drone class, as I’m doing, they only push the Koolaid.

Luckily for me, I did a bit of higher education reading.

Nevertheless, this is my improvement:
