Shrimp and Chicken Stir Fry à Lily

Yes, that’s a whole head of cabbage, chopped à la Clan Reed (ate the cabbage core as I went). Scallions, carrots, celery, coconut aminos (tastes like soy sauce without the gluten), toasted sesame oil, salt, garlic and possibly other shite I tossed in, like mushrooms and who knows.

The chicken is from last night’s grilling thighs. 

House smells of cabbage, garlic and general LOUD odour.
